How does the Razorpay UPI Mandate work?

When you upgrade to Growth or Professional, Razorpay creates an NPCI-approved UPI AutoPay mandate on your UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM). Once you approve the mandate with your UPI PIN, recurring debits happen automatically at the start of each billing cycle without manual intervention.

What happens when I hit the 4 reports/month limit on the Free tier?

You can continue monitoring all statutory deadlines, penalty exposures, and calendars without interruption. When you attempt to download a 5th executive PDF report, a prompt will appear allowing you to upgrade to the Growth tier (50 reports/month) or wait for your monthly quota reset.

Can I cancel my UPI subscription anytime?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription with 1-click directly inside your billing settings or via your UPI app's AutoPay management screen. Your account will remain active on your paid tier until the end of your billing cycle and then gracefully revert to the Free plan.

Do you issue official GST Tax Invoices?

Yes, every successful subscription payment automatically generates an official GST tax invoice containing your company's GSTIN, state code, and SAC code (998313 - Information Technology Software Services) for 100% input tax credit (ITC) claim.
